    Acceptable Use Policy

    Last updated: 15 September 2026

    1. Who This Applies To

This policy applies to everyone who uses Achieve Academy (achieve-academy.co.uk), whether on the free tier or with a Premium subscription. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

    2. What You May Do

    • Use our revision notes, practice questions, past paper library, formula sheets, quizzes and flashcards for your own GCSE revision, or to support a child you are responsible for.
    • Print or save reasonable amounts of material for personal, non-commercial revision.
    • Teachers and tutors may point students to the site and use free material in their own lessons, with credit to Achieve Academy.

    3. What You May Not Do

    • Share your account. A Premium subscription is for one student account (a parent or guardian may pay for it and help manage it). Sharing sign-in details with anyone else, or with a class or tuition centre, is not permitted.
    • Resell or redistribute. You may not sell, sublicense, publish or upload our material — including Premium content — to other websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services or social platforms.
    • Scrape or bulk-download. Automated crawling, scraping, bulk downloading or attempting to copy the resource library as a dataset is not permitted.
    • Interfere with the service. No attempts to bypass access controls or payment, probe security, overload our systems, or reverse-engineer any part of the site.
    • Misuse messages and submissions. Contact and suggestion forms must not be used for spam, abuse, harassment, or unlawful or offensive content.
    • Impersonate others. Do not create accounts using someone else's identity or payment details.

    4. Students Under 18

Achieve Academy is designed for GCSE students, many of whom are under 18. We do not host user-to-user messaging, public profiles or public leaderboards. Accounts are only for users aged 13 and over.

    5. Third-Party Exam Material

Past papers and mark schemes remain the copyright of the relevant exam board (AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR). They are linked to for revision only and must not be republished elsewhere. Our own notes, questions, quizzes and predicted material remain the intellectual property of Achieve Academy.

    6. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been breached, we may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend or close the account, or in serious cases report the matter to the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed for a serious breach, refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

    7. Reporting Misuse

If you spot our content being resold or shared without permission, or anything else that looks like misuse, please tell us at info@achieve-academy.co.uk.
